George brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to Triton Hotels. He has held various executive positions during his hotel career which include food and beverage director, general manager, regional food and beverage director and vice president of operations. George has operated hotels for such franchises as Holiday Inn, Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, Omni and several prominent, four star historic register, independent hotels.
Van Etten’s responsibilities include identifying acquisition and management contract candidates. He also directs the company’s relationship with real estate brokers, hotel and condo owners, financial and institutional fund managers and hotel franchise companies.
JOHN LIFFLANDER, ASA

John brings over 29 years of valuation experience, and is a certified general appraiser, real estate broker, and an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. He specializes in property tax consulting, and is a former administrative law judge for property tax appeals for the state of Oregon.
John
is the author of many publications, including
The Fundamentals of Industrial Valuation, a
textbook published by the International Association
of Assessing Officers. He has performed valuations
across the country for tax issues, acquisitions,
buyouts, cost segregations, lending and more.

ERIN
P. BRENNEN / V.P Sales

Erin is responsible for leading the sales and marketing effort for all of Triton’s managed properties. In this role, she oversees strategic initiatives for direct sales, property marketing plans, revenue management and extranet marketing. Erin has extensive hospitality experience in marketing, sales, catering and convention services for such companies as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt, Omni and Hilton.
Erin has held senior sales positions with Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa and the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort, Spa and Casino.
